In 2001, Franklin and Luqi joined forces to establish the production activity under the company “PT Chakranaga”, with Franklin overseeing design and artistic concepts while Luqi focused on operational management and marketing. Over the past two decades, PT Chakranaga has thrived as a prominent player in the furniture industry, renowned for its design, originality, and commitment to quality. The company has actively participated in global furniture exhibitions, including Paris, Jakarta, Singapore, Shanghai, and Guangzhou, fostering valuable connections with partners and customers. Initially dedicated to manufacturing furniture and upholstery for export, they expanded their collection to include modern and contemporary designs. In 2017, driven by their vision, Franklin and Luqi took a leap by establishing their own furniture brand, Grandome. The brand began by distributing high-end furniture and upholstery through an online platform and subsequently inaugurated its first showroom in Jakarta then Singapore.
